Workout 8

 

Three sets per exercise and six reps, except for the abs which is twenty reps and three sets per exercise.



Day 1: Biceps/Triceps


Bicep Hammer Curl

Bicep Dumbbell Curl

Bicep Barbell Curl

Tricep Dumbbell Kick Back

Tricep Dumbbell behind head

Tricep Close hand push ups


Day 2: Chest/Back


Chest Wide Hand Push Ups

Chest Normal Hand Width Push Ups

Chest Finger Push Ups

Back Two Hand Dumbbell Rows

Back Barbell Overhand Rows

Back Barbell Underhand Rows


Day 3: Delts/Traps


Delt Behind Head Barbell Lifts

Delt Front Barbell Lifts

Delt Front Dumbbell Raises

Trap Dumbbell Shoulder Shrugs

Trap Barbell Underhand Shoulder Shrugs

Trap Barbell Overhand Shoulder Shrugs


Day 4: Legs/Abs


Legs Front Kettle Bell Squats

Legs Barbell Hack Squats

Legs Deadlifts

Abs Reverse Crunch

Abs Crunch

Abs Double Crunch


Sunday: Off


Day 5: The cycle repeats
