Eat 3 meals a day, under 1,500 calories total for women.

Drink 1 big cup of bullet proof coffee.

Drink 1 big cup of green tea.

Drink 1 cup of water with a dash of cayenne powder and apple cider vinegar. Twice daily.

Drink plain purified water most of the time.

Reading

Do a reading session after you start your computer timer. My advice is to read what inspires you to write. For me it's always been books by J.R.R. Tolkien and the Bible. I aslo finished the Moonstone Legacy books by VJ Garske, and I'm waiting for her next book release. Other writers who inspire me include: Stephen King, Alan Dean Foster, Emily Dickinson, Charles Dickens, Brandon Sanderson, Orson Scott Card, and William Shakespeare.

Writing

Do a writing session after you start your computer timer. You may research, edit, revise, draft, outline, plot, draw pictures, draw maps, and write/type in this time on your computer. Only pause your timer when you need to get off the chair, or get off topic. Get everything you'll need ahead of time.
