Social Media is Killing Your Dreams

First, do not use your computer until 2:00 P.M., then 4:00 P.M., then 6:00 P.M., then 8:00 P.M., then finally 10:00 P.M.

The longer you wait to use your computer daily, the more drive you will have to use it! From anticipation to anticipation; and the more consistent you will be. You will also work harder and get more done. You will have more time for other things such as writing in a notebook and reading etc.

Do you not feel motivated? You will want to work again. Your boring tasks will feel like a first time again. It will give you more joy. You will be full of hope and purpose. Regenerated. It may take a couple of days to a week. But it worked for me.

Now you can write your books in a notebook, then type them up on your computer at 10:00 P.M., use social media, check your email, your websites, and anything else. You will have all the time in the world to get things done!

It will lower your dopamine levels. You will be more patient, confident, and focused. It will put your most important goals into perspective.

Ultimately, you will do what you want to do. The two minute rule or checking off goals will not work every time, I tried it. But delaying gratification works every time.

This routine gives you the drive, expectation, and faith that will keep you craving for more. It will make you consistent every day! You will love the daily grind.
